One roof, one crew, one batch at a time — Colorado-grown material worked into strain-labeled, lab-tested concentrate, with the terps kept front and center.
A lot of what's on dispensary shelves was made by somebody else and stickered by the brand. Not here. Every gram of White Mousse was extracted, cured, tested and packed by our own crew in our own Denver lab.
We run small batches on purpose, and it starts with the sourcing: a select few small Colorado growers we know by name and trust. A short list of partners means we know each grower's material intimately — and can dial our technique to it, run after run, instead of processing whatever shows up. When a batch is gone, it's gone; the next one might hit different, because it's a different harvest. That's the point.
The ingredients arrive first — cured and fresh-frozen material from Colorado growers, METRC-tagged from the second it hits the dock. Every pound is weighed, logged, and tied to the grower and strain it came from — that chain of custody follows the batch all the way to the plate.
Closed-loop extraction on COT — Champagne on Tap, the system we engineered ourselves — one small batch at a time, at terp-first temperatures — tempered, never torched. Live runs start from fresh-frozen plants so the terpenes never see a dry room, and because we know each grower's material, every run is dialed to it — what goes in is what comes out.
Purge, whip, sugar, slab — the finishing work. Each batch is worked into its final form by hand, and every bowl is weighed and labeled with strain, yield, and source tags. If you've seen our jars in the wild, this is where they were made.
Every batch goes to a state-licensed lab under its own batch ID — potency at minimum, full panel where required. No COA, no shelf. Results ride with the batch, and if something ever missed, it would never leave the building.
Hand-packed into 1g jars and 4g buckets, strain-labeled with the batch ID and test date, packed for the shelf. From here it's a short ride to one of the 73 Colorado storefronts carrying White Mousse.
"If it says White Mousse,
we made it."
